IntroductionElectro Seal have been in the Powder Coating business for nearly 40 years and are a Nationally and Internationally recognised company with excellence in powder coating. Since it's inception, Electroseal has pioneered many of the powder coating methods used today and the owner Michael Souwer, has continued his fathers legacy of providing top quality and innovative powder coating. This included the continuation of general powder coating services including basic metal preparation, Metal coat Thermal Spraying System, Galguard for a superior adhesion finish and the latest high technology Triplex ® Steel Embalming process giving a 10 year warranty to steel. This technology designed by Michael is Registered as the "Triplex Coating System" and is sold under a "Licensing Agreement" to approved applicators. Michael has now expanded his organisation and as part of the Electro Seal Group, has opened a commercial powder coating site called Electroseal Inline Coatings Pty Ltd (see company profile)

Company ProfileElectro Seal is owned by Michael Souwer who as Managing Director leads a team of highly trained and dedicated people. The recent acquisition of large premises in the Crestmead area has seen Electro Seal expand it's capabilities with the installation of a "Continuous In Line Pre-Treatment and Powder Coating Plant". This plant hosts a six stage pre-treatment plant, drying oven, double powder coating booths and curing ovens with Infrared heating elements, treating and oven curing Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Pre-Galvanised Product up to 6.5 metres long in an electrostatic process. While Electroseal Inline Coatings Pty Ltd is commercially focused preferring quantities of 400 square metres and above, the design of the plant still allows for powder coating of product quantities down to 100 square metres. Electro Seal have a long standing association with Dulux, Interpon and Jotun and are Certified Applicators of their warranty grade range of powders giving warranty for buildings above the third level. Electro Seal are also members of the Qld Master Builders Association and the Australasian Institute of Surface Finishing
