This family owned business pioneered the commercial application of Powder Coating in Queensland in 1969. The original plant, then at Woolongabba, was burnt down in 1981 and Electro Seal moved to Salisbury and grew into two factories, double the size of the original plant at Woolongabba. In 1989, a factory was purchased in the Crestmead Industrial Estate and there started the move to expand the business into being the biggest and most diverse powder coating facility in Australia. In November 2004, a second factory was purchased in Crestmead to form Inline Coatings. October 2008 marked the fourth anniversary of our Inline Coatings facility which is the first of its kind as a privately owned business in Australia. This fully automated, on-line pre-treatment and powder coating line is set up to process aluminium, stainless steel and pre-galvanised materials. Electroseal Inline Coatings has the performance criteria as a Registered Applicator of Dulux, Jotun and Interpon to supply Warranty Grade Powder Coating finishes and along with the established Triplex® Coating System for steel, which has three licensed applicators in Queensland, the Electro Seal Group can service ALL your coating requirements to the highest standard and for the largest projects. The speed and efficiency of the Inline Coating facility results in a massive flow through of coated material and the capacity has been hardly challenged to date. The benefits of this inline coating system is that once the product is loaded onto the line it is not touched until the powder coating process has finished. This eliminates potential damage by manual handling.
