Electroseal Inline Coatings (E.I.C.) provides a range of powder coating capabilities to satisfy most aluminium extrusion coating requirements. With their continuous "Inline" coating process, they can coat product up to 6.5mtrs long x 400mm wide with a drop height of 1.5mtrs.

While Electroseal is predominately an Industrial coater they can also provide a very cost effective powder coating facility to handle medium sized type product in large runs. The main areas catered for are as per their product range below.

General Powder Coating

Powder Coating of general items of aluminium, stainless steel and galvanised product.

 

Aluminium Powder Coating

Powder Coating of aluminium products such as general aluminium extrusion, window frames, door frames and shop front extrusion.

 

Galvanised Powder Coating

Powder Coating of galvanised product either Hot Dipped Galvanised (HDG) or Electrostatically Galvanised product.

 

Mesh Powder Coating

Powder Coating of woven or welded wire mesh in stainless steel or galvanised

 

MDF Board Powder Coating

Powder Coating of MDF board as an alternative to the standard melamine coating
